Refund Policy
Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in.
If a cancellation is made after the 48-hour booking window and at least 7 days before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Cleaning fees are refunded if a reservation is canceled before check-in.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking with Legacy Farm Waterfront Retreat.
Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times vary by bank and credit card provider.
If you do not see your refund after this time:
